Buying our first home was easier than it had any right to be thanks to Haley. Haley Overton is THE realtor to get if you want someone who is in your corner no matter if you are over 3,000 miles away which was the case with me. I live in Florida and bought a townhouse in Oregon, site unseen! That is not an easy process and could be either wonderful or disastrous! In my case it was wonderful and all because Haley was my eyes and ears, would go to properties and Facetime with me giving me the details and her valued opinion, and actually got to know me well enough to judge if it were a good fit or not. Haley is the best! I don't think it's be possible to say enough good things to do her justice! My husband and I feel so lucky that we chose her to be by our side through our biggest purchases and selling decisions. Two years she helped us purchase a house and a few months ago she helped us sell our house. It was our first time selling our house and I had no idea what a painful process it possibly could be. There were so many moments I wanted to throw in the towel and give up and walk away from the deal, I was so upset and emotional about all the demands our buyers were making. Haley was there to talk us through it (and talk some sense into me!). She was more than just our realtor, more like our therapist haha. Once we settled on repairs, etc. neither my husband or I lifted a finger. Haley had trusted contacts to come in and do the repair work. She did all the calling and scheduling. We didnt have to stress about any timelines. I cannot tell you what a relief it was. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, our house might still be for sale if it hadn't been for Haley pushing us through the process. And now its sold and we are so thrilled! Over two years ago we bought a house with Haleys help. However, it took us more than two years of searching to find our perfect house. Haley was supportive and patient and reliable through the whole search process.

Like other reviewers here, my husband and I made the decision to move to Bend and needed someone we could trust completely. Not only were we under time constraints to buy a house (before school started), we were living out of state. I worried about overpaying in a high market and stressed about the complexities and logistics of buying a home so far away.
While visiting Bend, we found Haley (and her awesome Yelp reviews) online and called to see if we could meet up. Haley made time to meet with us and asked a ton of questions to make sure she knew exactly what we hoped to find. She drove us around the area so we could see the neighborhoods and showed us the kinds of homes she thought we'd like. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and swift understanding of what we needed made it an easy decision for us to work with her.
Over the next couple of weeks, Haley tirelessly scoured our favorite neighborhoods, taking detailed videos of the homes we liked and reaching out to colleagues for new listings. She emailed us regularly, keeping us posted on the market here so we could focus on selling our home in CA. Within three weeks of first meeting Haley, we were in escrow on our new home in Bend.
The transaction could not have been easier. She represented our interests in every step of the process and helped us navigate all the challenges of moving to Bend. We had a million questions (What's fun in Bend? Where should we eat? Do you have a recommendation for...?) and requests (Can we move up the close date? Can you work with the sellers to store our stuff? Can you meet our movers at the house?) and Haley handled everything with professionalism and warmth. After the transaction we had a few items come up with the house and Haley handled the communication with the sellers and their agent (a colleague of Haley's), checking in with us regularly to make sure we were happy.
In addition to being an exceptional realtor, Haley is a wonderful person who gives her time and money to non-profit organizations in Bend. We feel great about the real estate transaction itself and even better about working with someone who works hard and gives back to her community.
We still hear from Haley often. She checks in to make sure we're doing well and sends reminders for things like winterizing the sprinklers. Her client service even after the transaction is excellent. We highly recommend Haley and will use her again if the opportunity arises.

Haley is awesome!! We had been looking for a home in Central Oregon without success for almost a year before meeting her. This changed once we started working with Haley. After our first meeting she dropped everything, rearranging her schedule to spend an entire afternoon showing us properties and taking us on a tour of neighborhoods that might be of interest.
